It has turned out to be a fast-growing tumour on her lungs which happens to be pressing on her heart. We will most likely have to put her down, but I am going to see if I can bring her home so we can spend her final days together.

The vet has said it could either be heart failure or cancer. I can’t bear the thought of losing my Lola. She truly is the best companion.
